I am the founder and partner of multiple successful ventures across diverse industries in the UAE and Europe, including Aldaar Al Mihnia Law Firm (Abu Dhabi & Dubai), Fine House Development and Real Estate (Abu Dhabi & Dubai), Chokovera Chocolate Factory, Optipharm Medical Distribution, European Business Council (Brussels, Abu Dhabi & Dubai), and Mokpro Businessman Services. Throughout my career, I have worked across key sectors such as construction, manufacturing, medical, real estate, and legal services. I have established over 50 companies in the UAE, many of which have become market leaders, demonstrating a strong ability to build businesses from the ground up and drive them to success.

As the head of Aldaar Al Mihnia Law Firm, I have led the firm to achieve over 1,000 successful cases across labor, civil, criminal, and commercial law, providing specialized legal services tailored to business needs. Additionally, as a real estate investor and developer, I have personally invested in, developed, and closed high-value property deals, reflecting a strong acumen in sales, investment strategy, and market analysis. My multi-disciplinary expertise—spanning law, business, accounting fundamentals, and sales strategy—allows me to offer a comprehensive perspective on both the legal and commercial sides of business operations.
Academic Background and International Reach
I hold degrees in Business and Law, along with advanced postgraduate qualifications, including a Master’s and PhD in Arbitration. This academic foundation has allowed me to effectively merge legal knowledge with practical business strategy. Fluent in Arabic (native), English, and Romanian, I have successfully expanded business operations into Belgium, Romania, Turkey, and other international markets. With active offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I am well-positioned to operate seamlessly across the UAE’s major economic hubs and international business environments.
